Kadis

Kadis, HR educational engineering

Kadis is an organization that deals with human resources. They offer training in a variety of skills, including communication, self-presentation, intergenerational communication etc. They have been the main provider of employability skills training in central Slovenia since 1995 and cooperate closely with the Employment service of Slovenia. Besides the group guidance programmes they also offer career guidance services to individuals, together with psychological and practical testing of skills and competences, and schools (aptitude testing, workshops and presentations of professions for students, training for counsellors…). They are experienced in work with groups, they provide various workshops and lectures for different target groups (jobseekers, employees, students, parents…). Their aim is to assist people to enhance their competences and achieve a better quality of life. In order to enhance the territory of interest Kadis successfully aims to participate in Grundtvig learning partnership (Alseeda) where experiences from designing and execution of workshops for parents of students of primary and secondary schools on the topic of career guidance will be highlighted.
